Billing and refunds

Payments go through Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Our refunds page says when you can get your money back. For anything about a charge, email us with the date and amount.

If a chart or deck went wrong

Tell us what you made and what came out wrong. Where it was our fault, we put the credits back.

Your files and your data

What happens to what you upload is on the your files page. To get a copy of your data, email us. To delete your account, sign in and use account.lookgoodtools.com/account. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will close it for you.
