Terms of service
The rules for using Chartsmade and Decksmade, the two Look Good Tools products you can use today.
Last updated 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
Look Good Tools is a trading name of Adapt Progress Evolve Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10047328, VAT GB362654684) whose registered office is Flat 304, 19 Rothbury Road, London, England, E9 5PB. These terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of lookgoodtools.com, chartsmade.com and decksmade.com and the products on them (together, "the Service").
You can contact us at hello@lookgoodtools.com.
2. The Service
The Service makes charts (Chartsmade) and decks (Decksmade) from data and documents you give us, in the colours and fonts of your brand. Reportsmade is a planned product. It is not part of the Service yet, and nothing in these terms applies to it until it launches.
We are still building. Features, limits and prices can change. If we change something that matters to what you have paid for, we will tell you first.
3. Your account
You need an account to save work or buy credits. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18, or be using the Service for a business that is allowed to enter this agreement.
4. Credits, plans and payment
Some features use credits from your wallet, which is shared across Chartsmade and Decksmade. Plans, credit amounts and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless we say otherwise.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the data, files, brand assets and other content you put into the Service, and of what the Service makes from them. You give us permission to process that content so we can run the Service for you, and nothing more. Our Your files page says how uploads are handled, including that they are not used to train models.
You are responsible for your content. Only upload things you have the right to use, and do not upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not try to break or probe it, overload it, resell access to it, or use it to make content that is unlawful, misleading about where its numbers come from, or that harms others.
7. Our content and the software
The Service, its software, designs and the Look Good Tools, Chartsmade and Decksmade names belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to own or copy it.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop parts of it. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
The charts and decks the Service makes are only as good as the data you give it. Check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time, and delete your account yourself at account.lookgoodtools.com/account. Deleting your account is immediate and final, and it cancels any paid plan at once. See Your files for what is deleted and the refund policy for refunds. If you cannot sign in, email us at hello@lookgoodtools.com and we will close it. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When it ends, we delete your content as described on our Your files page.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it applies. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any rights you have to go to court in the part of the UK where you live.
